Time for 20!

Residents of Cathays and Plasnewydd will soon be experiencing life at 20 miles per hour, as Cardiff Council announces their reduced speed limit pilot scheme will be launched in the area from 31st March 2014.

20mph limits have been shown to reduce risk to vulnerable road users and encourage more people to use sustainable modes of travel, like walking and cycling.
