Healthy Travel Charter
Cardiff Healthy Travel Charter
A number of major public sector organisations in Cardiff committed in April 2019 to support and encourage their staff and visitors to their sites to use healthy modes of transport, by signing up to the Healthy Travel Charter.
The following organisations have signed the Cardiff Healthy Travel Charter:
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board
Future Generations Commissioner for Wales
HM Prison and Probation
HM Revenue & Customs
National Assembly for Wales
National Museum for Wales
Natural Resources Wales
Public Health Wales
South Wales Fire and Rescue
South Wales Police
We are keen to support additional public sector organisations to make these commitments and hope to offer the Charter in future to leading private businesses, third sector organisations, and neighbouring local authority areas. If your organisation is interested in signing the Charter and joining the movement, or finding out more, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
As part of the Charter we want to provide consistent evidence-based messages to staff and the public regarding healthy travel in Cardiff and have developed a communications toolkit, available below.
