Hospital park and ride
The Cardiff and Vale NHS Board provides a free park and ride service at Cardiff East which runs to and from the University Hospital Wales.
The car park is available for car sharing and the sat nav reference is CF23 8HH.
This service is only available for staff, patients and visitors attending the hospital.
There are no vehicle height restrictions at the site.
The site has CCTV but vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
How to get there
From the East:
- come off at junction 29 of the M4
- take the second exit on the roundabout
- follow signs for Park and Ride car park.
From the West:
- come off at junction 30 of the M4
- take the third exit on the first roundabout
- take the second exit on the second roundabout.
- take the second exit on the third roundabout, onto the A48 heading towards the city centre.
- take the first exit on the A48 and follow signs to the car park.
