Bike Hire

If you don’t have a bike but would like to try cycling for the day, there are options for hiring a bicycle in Cardiff.

• Pedal Power are based in Pontcanna and Cardiff Bay and offer a range of adult’s and children’s bikes, as well as trikes and specialised accessible bikes for all abilities. Find out more on Pedal Power’s website.
• Cardiff’s on-street cycle hire scheme launched in May 2018. It is run by nextbike (UK) Ltd and will provide 500 self-service cycles for hire across the city. The scheme is designed to make cycling accessible for people who don’t want to buy a bike, or who haven’t got the space available to store one, and to make it easy for people to join up with other sustainable transport.
